Titanium Version: 2.4.0
Dispensers that Industrial Foregoing fluid buckets do not empty the bucket and place the fluid as a block in world when activated with a redstone signal.
Expected behavior: Using a Dispenser with Industrial Foregoing fluid buckets has the same behavior as using a Dispenser with water or lava buckets.
Actual behavior: Dispensers drop Industrial Foregoing fluid buckets as items.
