[1.16] Redstone Mode "Run Once/Pulse" does one work cycle when loading up world

Titanium Version: 3.1.0

Machines which are in Pulse Redstone Mode do one work action when loading up the world. Even when there is no redstone signal applied.

(This might be Titanium Bug as well)
