[1.16] Unlimited free energy from Biofuel generator

I've placed a biofuel generator and put a single bucket of fuel in it. This generated 640,000 FE in the internal buffer, however when I extract with Mekanism Universal Cables into a Mekanism Energy Cube, I can see the energy in the cube going up at 500 fe/t and nothing is being drained from the generator.
I've already got 3 million FE stored in the cube from this now, so I don't believe this to be a visual bug, it really seems like it's just generating free energy.
