The chamber does not remember it's previous recipe. In my instance, when it's out of pink slime in the middle, the pull mechanism still picks up additional things from the chest and clogging up all slots. We should have some button/addon which will remember the recipe/slot content, so it won't pull more stuff from tanks/chests.
