[1.16] Plant Gatherer will harvest a crop regardless of full inventory resulting in lost of crop

Basically, if the Plant Gatherer's inventory is full, it will still try to harvest a mature crop. Doing so would result in the crop being harvested (not gently) and nothing will be gained. The crop and its seed will be lost.
