Describe the bug
The transformer explodes and drops as an item when reloading the game. I have a solar panel feeding a 'CESU' feeding through a 'LV Transformer' feeding a 'Battery Box'. In order to make this work you have to change the input\output setting of the 'LV Transformer'. If the 'CESU' and 'Battery Box' are at full charge and power isn't being used then when you reload the map you can "fix" the problem (until the next reload) by changing the setting in the transformer and then changing it back. I have also tested this with other transformers and their equivalent power storage devices with the same result.
NOTE: The Transformer GUI input\output setting saves and loads properly but the transformer itself doesn't load the setting properly or is subsequently overwritten.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add power source (ie: Advanced Solar Panel)
2. Add Transformer (ie: LV Transformer)
3. Add smaller power box (as appropriate to transformer) (ie: Battery Box)
4. Add larger power box (as appropriate to transformer) (ie: CESU) between power source and transformer.
5. Change input\output setting on transformer GUI
6. Add cables to link the devices together in the order listed above
7. IT WORKS
8. "Save and Quit to Title"
9. Reload your save file.
10. If power was flowing then your transformer has dropped as an item. If not, adding a device to make power flow will trigger the explosion of your smaller power box (ie: Battery Box)

Expected behavior
Continue working on reload of the save file as it was working before the world was saved without dropping to an item.

Confirmed. Step down settings on transformers are not saved. Step up settings all work well.
