Placing Fluid Tank cause game to crash

Getting this crash as well. Luckily it only seems to make the client crash and not the server.
Server console spit out this message:
[Server thread/WARN] [bl.im.ap.ut.CapabilityReference/]: The tile entity TETB BlockPos{x=-729, y=67, z=-1566} (class class com.cassiokf.industrialrenewal.blockentity.BlockEntityFluidTank) was removed, but the value com.cassiokf.industrialrenewal.blockentity.BlockEntityFluidTank$1@da86fcd provided by it for the capability net/minecraftforge/fluids/capability/IFluidHandler is still marked as valid. This is likely a bug in the mod(s) adding the tile entity/the capability
