A filter item that if right click has 9 slots for filtrering items. This filter item can then be put inside the item cable filter slots. This way you can filter 81 (9*9) items instead of only 9. I'm sure this is useful in a lot of situations. If you want to filter out all ores for example

Reason:
I wanted to filter out all garbage from my mob farm but all the armors didn't fit in the 9 slots

I think maybe the servo's should have the same 4 levels as everything else. Then just add more filters as level increases, and also make it, so they match their corresponding pipe speed.
