Description:

• Pump keeps using power even when not pumping. This is annoying because it makes my generators run 100% of the time, when no other machines are running, which wastes a lot of fuel.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Pump above a 3x3 water source, tank on outlet, lazuli flux container on top of pump.

What I expect to happen is the tank fills and then the pump stops. What actually happens is the pump keeps draining power, which can easily be seen in the LF container gui if you use a low tier one.

This happens no matter what is connected to the pump outlet, can be e.g. a fluid infuser instead of a tank, or even nothing at all!
