[BUG] Resource reports are only readable in the dimension they were generated

Description:

  • You can't read an overworld resource report while standing in the nether
  • You can't read a nether resource report while in the overworld

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Use chunk scanner to generate a resource report
  • Hold report in main hand and right-click to read. Note that you can see the resource list.
  • Change dimensions
  • Try to read again

Expected

  • Reports can always be read

Observed

  • Reports can only be read if you are standing in the dimension where they were generated
