Mod crashes on startup

Steps to Reproduce:
-1 Create new installation
-2 install Fabric API (0.40.8++1.17), Fabric Language Kotlin (1.6.5+1.5.31), and Industrial Revolution (1.11.0-alpha.1)
-3 launch it

Technical Information:

• Minecraft: 1.17.1
• Fabric API: 0.40.8
• Industrial Revolution: 1.11.0

Details:
It literally crashes on startup, not much more to say, have tested from multiple computers on multiple networks in multiple locations, so unlikely to be a rare case.
