Description:

Wrench should switch modes from "ROTATE" to "CONFIGURE" when crouched and right clicked in main hand, but it doesn't on 1.11.0-alpha.2. Works on 1.10.0-alpha.12.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take a wrench into your main hand
2. Crouch and right click
