[BUG] Farmers Place Nether Wart Into Input Instead of Output

Description:
When nether wart is within range of a Farmer, its inputs become filled with Nether wart, but the output slots stay empty, and a chest adjacent stays empty as well.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Place a Farmer within range of fully grown Nether wart.
  • Farmer should collect it but place it in the Input slot(s)
