Data Card Encoder can write data to a stack of data cards at once, which is terribly unbalanced.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put a stack of data cards in the encoder.
2. Fill it with some ores and modifiers.
3. Click write and receive a whole stack of data cards.
4. ???
5. Profit

And the MIning Rig is able to use a whole stack of cards at once too (meaning card "usage" is written to all cards simultaneously, rather than one by one).

this becomes a huge exploit when writing to 64 cards at once and mining them one-by-one
