Description:
instead of draining charge only from the chestplate, have the charger module evenly distribute across the armor like the solar panels do.

Reason:
when having the charger on, it charges the other armor and tools meaning there's only 250k LF (consider #475) of usage across everything before it goes offline. this is annoying behavior.
