[BUG] Recipe's should use `cookingtime` and not `cookingTime`

Description:
Industrial Revolution is using cookingTime for their smelting and blasting recipes. The vanilla recipe serialisier only checks for cookingtime. This results into, that the cooking time get's ignored.
