Pardon? You must link what you're referring to.
For those on 1.19.2, throw this in your mods folder

Same issue as this mod and a couple of other mods have basically: quiqueck/BCLib#136
It comes down to lazy coding practices, and unfortunately, this mod has been abandoned pretty much, so don't expect a fix at all really unless someone fixes this & compiles a working version themselves.

Only because someone doesn't have the time to update something, doesn't mean he abandoned this mod.

That is what abandoned stands for. Might want to check a dictionary mate...
The mod has been abandoned, but that doesn't mean it cannot be revived. Imagine getting triggered by someone stating the obvious...
Anyhow, in the linked BCLib issue tracker, I've asked someone who compiled a fix for BCLib to try and compile one for IndRev. I hope he does so.
To anyone reading this: Currently, most mods if not all work & require versions from Fabric 0.14.25 or upwards anyways. I am running over 200 mods and have so far ONLY had one mod that cannot be run under 0.14.25, which is StutterFix, and as such I'd recommend everyone to downgrade to Fabric 0.14.25 until the many mods which are basically causing crashes are fixed. I've run into three other mods prior to IndRev, which includes the aforementioned BCLib (and its dependents), and then the mod "Advanced Networking" and also "TerraBlender", but TerraBlender is affected because of "Regions Unexplored" which uses an outdated config library called "CompleteConfigs". I haven't even managed to get my server to boot and already had to remove quite a lot of mods, and as such I'd suggest people to simply downgrade to Fabric Loader 0.14.25 for now.

For some reason I got the email notification but it won't show me the original comment for me to reply to you.
I can see what I can do, I don't think it should be TOO complicated since I've already built the patched fork for BCLib but I make no promises. I'm not a coder or developer I just have a background in the IT field and am great at Googling things haha. I'll mess with it in a few hours when I have some time! Fingers crossed I can help!

Yeah I had deleted my reply which is why you didn't find it, I didn't want to pester you really and also, even if IndRev will be patched by you, there's still like 10+ other mods out there that would require it so I just ended up downgrading to 0.14.25. However, some other players here for sure might appreciate it so by all means, do try ^^

Did you manage to compile a working build :)?

I can with pure joy (since I'm a massive noob in these regards) announce that I have built a SUCCESSFUL build that runs server & client side. I will publish it soon both here and on Modrinth. I will of course take down the Modrinth version once the original dev fixes the problem :)

When I open the Modular Workbench interface, the server closes automatically. But in single player this doesn't happen, it works
normally.
Also I don't have a server anymore so I can't test if the fix you give me (if it exists) can be tested, I'll have to trust it.

That was fixed: #586 (comment)
Unfortunately the release is outdated. If you compile it from source it'll work: https://github.com/TeamChikken/IndustrialRevolution-CHKNFork-1.19.2
To do that, download it as a zip, extract it, open a terminal in the folder, then run ./gradlew build
. It may take a while. The jar will then be in /build/libs
. Do not use the sources jar.

Lol just self-host a server
I don't see the code, can you tell me exactly what it is?
I only see Crashlogs
