[REQUEST] Use fabric-api mod ID and specify exact Minecraft version in fabric.mod.json

Description:
IndRev currently has >=1.20 but as we know, Minecraft keeps changing things in dot releases. I've seen users try to use indrev on 1.20.4 when its only available for 1.20.1 and below. I've also seen users get confused by the fabric mod ID.

Reason:
It'll be much clearer to users and they won't be wondering why LibGUI requires a certain version of fabric-networking-api-v1 when they install it on the wrong version of Minecraft.

And even if just bump the LibGUI dependency, users will know that they can't run 1.20.1 mods on 1.20.4 thanks to CottonMC/LibGui@9eb05f0 which landed in LibGUI 8.1.0
