[BUG] Cannot configure to pull bucket out of coal generator

Description:
The coal generator doesn't have a setting for output, making it impossible to pull out the bucket after a lava bucket is inserted

Steps to Reproduce:

  • insert lavabucket by pipe
  • attempted to configure output bucket using screwdriver
  • configuration can only be set to input and none
