The fisher, even the advanced one, won't allow me to get items out (except manually).

I tried with hoppers, EZpas pipes, Modern Industrialization item pipes and finally an AE2 importer. On all sides. It's broken.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Did you configure the output side using a wrench?
