What about Calcium, Peat and Saltpeter? Is they generate fine in Terralith?

Honestly, I'd just like to get vanilla ore spawns back. I was able to disable vein spawns with a datapack, but I'm still scratching my head over how to get vanilla spawns back.

There no native way to enable it back, you will required to make own addon for that. About Terralith, we researched it and notice that it have some issues. We will fix it later over our custom addon

May I ask in which class you implemented vanilla ore removal?

Again, why did you do this via a generated feature? What was the problem with just putting it in the data folder so that everyone could conveniently and easily access it?
