I am using UniDict to merge the same ore dict entry, so the steel block from Thermal Foundation becomes the only item which has blockSteel. As a result, I have to use this item to form Marx generator. But the problem is the demonstration in manual still shows the block from IE, which is kind of misleading. And when I break the multiblock, the steel block from TF is converted to steel block from IE.

Well this issue seems occurs in Immersive Engineering too..
