Control panels sometimes need to be replaced after world load

I'm having a really weird issue here, sometimes after loading a world some panels would end up being bugged and not transmitting any redstone, and only solution i have found so far to is to break and replace all redstone
controllers (project red ones in this case) and all control panels.
This is the same issue I keep having, when you log out and back in the control panel will bug out. The veriac will stay where you positioned it but the control panel needs to “update” the only way I’ve found as a work around so far is to place a red stone connector “industrial wires one not IE” in the control panel, which will sometimes update it. If not try, firing any of the buttons/functions then placing the red stone connector it’s been updating the control panel quite consistently for me. I even use one facing up attached to a sticky piston to act as a “reset” for the panel
This is happening with me as well except im using the regular connector rather than the project red one., and so far I cannot find a way to fix it. Im using the marx generator and although it says its sending the charge signal, there is no feedback. I tried replacing the control panel and the redstone connector.
