Describe the Bug

The deep holes that sometimes generate in the biome with glimmer gravel at the top will cut through nether fortresses if the two overlap.

Reproduction Steps

1. Generate a world where the nether is exclusively glowstone canyon.
2. If possible, turn up spawn rates of nether fortresses.
3. Look through the halls in the nether fortresses that cut through the land.
4. You should eventually see the bug happen, it is a fairly rare worldgen bug though so you still might not encounter it.

Expected Result

The nether fortress cuts through the glimmer gravel hole instead, or the hole gets overridden and doesn't generate.
