I found some blocks that do not drop when broken.

Polished Basalt Slab
Polishes Basalt Vertical Slab
Magmatic Chiseled Basalt Brick
Cobbled Basalt Vertical Slab
Soul Soil Vertical Slab

I'm currently using my own datapack as a band-aid fix.
Looking into the mod .jar, these blocks are missing their loot table files.
