Glowcoke/Glowlight block Overhaul

Describe the Addition
There are a couple things I would like to suggest about these blocks. As it stands right now glowcoke is kinda pointless. there isn't a really reason to get it over coal(other than the luminous effect, maybe?). I would suggest giving it a complete overhaul in the next update to make it stand out as more of its own unique item.
- It shouldn't be able to smelt things as it just glows. Maybe another item in the nether could take the role as a more powerful coal variant.
- Make it so getting within the light range of a glowlight block gives the mob the luminous effect(only while inside the range). This makes it so these can act as a good/balanced mob repellent.
- The torch shouldn't give off smoke particles(non-burnings and all) and should be able to be waterlogged.
- I would suggest either changing the campfire model(could just be a glowcoke block) or just removing it as it doesn't make sense if it was non-burning.
- The lantern should be given a new look to make it more visually distinct from the regular lantern.
- Have the glowcoke block(if added) set off daylight sensors if it is right above them(falls inline with it setting undead mobs on fire if they get too close). Could be useful for certain redstone contraptions.
Though I would like to state that overall I really like this mod and am only making these suggestions as I feel certain things about it can be improved to make it stand out even more. Thanks for taking the time to read this a good luck with the modding!
