Describe the Bug

Glowlight Torches don't have the minecraft:wall_post_override tag, so they look weird when placed on top of walls.

Reproduction Steps

Place Torch on Wall
Look at it
Done!

Expected Result

The Glowlight Torch should connect with the top of the wall, like vanilla torches do. When I add the tag manually via CraftTweaker, this effect works as expected.
