At the moment, Infinite Dimensions can still be used when Immersive Portals is installed, but will work as if it is not installed without any immersive features. Immersive Portals support is possible, their API even allows for creating portals through datapacks, but will take some work.

It will likely require modifying our RandomDimension code to automatically generate datapacks for new dimensions as they are created at runtime, and then reloading game resources. This is easier said than done, however.

Note that some users have experienced a crash when trying to warp to runtime-created dimensions while Immersive Portals installed, as we do not user their API to create dimensions and therefore they do not recognize our dimensions.
