Allow using scripts to customize dimensions.

I don't currently have any plans for anything like that. I did want to make a command for generating new dimensions, but mojang made it really hard for dimensions to use different seeds a few versions ago, which kind of defeats the purpose unless you just want a bunch of identical copies of an existing vanilla or json dimension.
