Short description:

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Most parts have configurable offsets, but crafting interfaces don't have them for some reason.

This becomes a bit annoying as the number of recipes grows, or if you want to make a setup that's prettier than the usual with the cabling and interfaces hidden. Since crafting interfaces only hold up to 10 recipes each and don't allow recipe lists, the issue becomes even more annoying.
