Ability to compare two lists by contents, without considering their ordering

Short description:
As far as I can tell, Integrated Dynamics doesn't have a set datatype. That's fine, we can make do with lists.
However, sometimes it would be nice to be able to compare lists without considering their order. I guess there are two ways to achieve this:
- A dedicated operator for unordered list comparisons.
- A more generic operator for sorting lists.
