Lighting glitch with facade/display panel

Under some conditions (not sure exactly what triggers it, but it does sometimes/eventually reoccur in same place when fixed), there's some weird lighting glitches occurring in a small ID network.
Images below illustrate a few things:
Top white row is white laboratory blocks from Chisel. Black ones are same (white) blocks facaded onto ID logic cables. Texture seems to be correct, just very very dark. Note also the barely-readable value on the display panel. Don't think the block matters - it's happened with vanilla stone facade elsewhere.
Display panel with facade removed with logic wrench. Lighting for that block is still confused, but something (block update?) appears to have fixed the one adjacent to it.
Placing/breaking torches to update light levels doesn't do anything, nor did swapping out various value cards in teh display panel. Eventually placing some cobble and breaking it seemed to fix it (block update again?)
I've had this occur in other places in teh same world in similar situations (I think always with facades involved, but not certain).
