Look it's a bug with Inventory mod shortcuts.
I recorded the following phenomenon:
1.Craft a stack ODC with out group ID
Related manipulates:
1.1. use Shift+Click to Craft ODC
Performance: Place them will be assigned a different group ID. Other are normal.

2.Get a bug ODC item
Related manipulates:
2.1. use Shift+Click to craft new ODC.
2.2. use ODC group copy recipe to craft new ODC and use Shift+Click to craft(+1 ODC).
2.3. put them, and remove them.
2.4. One of them will not remember group ID. (Get a bug ODC)
Performance: It can't remember it's group ID, will create new group ID each time when it put in world.

PS: if this bug item use clean group ID recipe to craft again, it will to be normal.
