Short description: Like the title says, cannot place logic cables underwater, not sure if this is intended or not. You are able to place other logic blocks under water then attach cables, which is a work around, but not the easiest thing to do.

Expected behaviour: Place logic cables under water.

Actual behaviour: Does nothing.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Try and place logic cable underwater

Versions:

Exact versions of the following mods, not just latest.

• This mod: 1.12.2.0.9.6
• CyclopsCore: 1.12.2.0.10.23
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.0.2531
