Short description:

The green lights on aspect writers don't automatically turn off when removing a variable card.

Expected behaviour:

The green lights turn off immediately upon removing the variable card.

Actual behaviour:

The green lights remain on until you add or remove a cable or part next to the writer.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Place an aspect writer
2. Put a variable card in it
3. Close the GUI, and observe that the green lights are on, as they should be (This step is important. If you don't close the GUI between placing and removing the variable card, the bug doesn't occur.)
4. Remove the variable card
5. Close the GUI, and observe that the green lights are still on, though they should be off
6. Place/break a part or cable next to the writer, and observe that the green lights are now off, as they should be
