Short description: Mechanical squeezer produces 2 actually additions quartz dust, which in turn can be smelted into 1 nether quartz each.

Expected behaviour: 1:1 to avoid infinite quartz?

Actual behaviour: 1:2 provides infinite quartz

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Throw some nether quartz in the mechanical squeezer and then smelt it (with actually additions installed presumably).

Exact versions of the following mods, not just latest.
