Short description:
Packet Handler Error when trying to open a storage system when connected to a server.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Install the Some O' TM Modpack
- Connect to a multiplayer server
- Set up an Integrated Dynamics storage system
- Try to open that storage system
Expected behaviour:
The storage system should open without errors

Can you reproduce the problem with just the Integrated mods with deps installed? Personally I've only tested these versions in single player, and I didn't get the error. So maybe it's related to the server specifically, and not the (mods in the) modpack that you're using.
If that's not the case, then could you try to find the specific mod in the collection that without which this error doesn't occur anymore? You can setup a test server locally for this, and use a copy of the world if you don't want to lose the original.
Personally, if it's about packets then I suspect it's probably indeed a conflict with another mod, but I can't tell which/why from here.
Can you try lowering the terminalStoragePacketMaxRecipes config option? If it fixes the problem, can you let me know what value you used?
