At the moment, when moving an item (or fluid/energy) amount, it will also move items less than the specified amount. We should add an option that only triggers the transfer when exactly the given amount is available.

For aspects like lists, a similar property should be added.

Implemented for items, fluids and energy, will be included in next update.
