Support for Mekanism gas

Short description:
Mekanism adds gases which behave similar to fluids but are incompatible with the fluid registry. These require Mekanism's own pipes to be transfered. Unfortunately, Mekanism's pipes are a bit of an unoptimized mess. I'd like Integrated Tunnels to transfer gases.
