Looked through both ID and IT configs and could not find the above.

There should be an option in the config that contains a list of blacklisted items that the block importer should not be able to import.

For example Bedrock should be on this list by default as it is not a mine-able resource. as should the ender portal ender eye pedestals, and any other block based on the users/server requirements.

I think this can be closed? although not implemented as a blacklist, It appears the mod now check for certain parameters before storing the block and this prevents most un-mineable blocks being mineable

I'll leave it open for a bit, as there may be a need for blacklisting regular blocks (such as oak logs) as well.
