Short description:

I'm currently trying to set up some transfer limits for Tunnels; I've successfully found and set the Energy and Fluid transfer limits in the Dynamics/Tunnels common configs respectively, but there doesn't seem to be any indication in-game as to what the limits are. For example, the tunnel will properly report on the "Energy Transfer Rate" screen for the "Export Energy" aspect that I've gone over the limit, giving a red X with a tooltip that states "Invalid Value", but it doesn't say what the valid range is.

Could you add the accepted value range to this type of tooltip? It would also be very helpful if the aspects that accept integers (eg. "Export Energy Amount") report back if the value is out of range - currently it will accept an arbitrarily large number, and in practice throttle to the limit. I'm personally concerned about Fluids and Energy limits, but there might be other places where reporting these limits would be handy.
