Error on creating portal

Tried doing the following:
/dim create extra_overworld minecraft:overworld difficulty:hard seed:837498734
This part works, it creates the world, and I can teleport to it using commands.
/dim portal add overworld_link minecraft:extra_overworld minecraft:copper_block
Which results in:
[19:39:08] [Render thread/INFO]: [CHAT] An unexpected error occurred trying to execute that command
Nothing else in the logs
I've tried this both on a server and in singleplayer, neither works.
