With just Immersive Engineering and Inventorio installed (plus dependencies) (both latest version on forge 1.19.2) the mining speed of the IE mining drill is abnormally slow. The drill also cannot be placed into any of the tool slots. Doesn't happen when removing Inventorio.

This also happens with the Pneumaticraft: Repressurized Jackhammer. It is basically as slow as a fist with this mod installed.
