Hello so I just putted a bunch of mods in my folder and tried them out everything works just fine but when I'm trying to join a server i just cant open my inventory (I can in singleplayer) I tried switching mods out and in to look for a better functionality, but it just doesn't work I hope you can help me :)

Is Inventorio installed on the server you are trying to join?

ohhh no way i thaugt on those private server.jar servers you dont have to do that but wow im dump that makes sense. do you know how i do that on my own private server? do i just have to put in a mods folder and copy the mods? And thank you very much

the server will also have to run on fabric. you can find instructions on that here. that will then create a mods folder for you where you put all the mods in that are needed server-side. If you've downloaded your mods from Modrinth it should say on their respective mod page whether they are required server and/or client side.
