I'm running into an issue when I am mining with the tools in the slots it adds on the right of the inventory. if I have a block on my hotbar and I mine something, the tool it auto switches to dups to that slot deleting whatever item was there, then the tool disappears with grabbed from that slot.

I can record a vid if needed.

any thoughts?

The same thing happens to me, I looked in my mods if there was a problem, but I didn't find something, it kept happening, I hope they answer you and me

Happened to me also, I lost several items until I figured what was it.

Same. I have full bar of tool, then decided to break clay pot with backpack... but mined not only pot, but also block under it, and my backpack full of resources is gone

Same thing here; Inventorio 1.10.3 for forge 1.20.1 is the version i'm on.
