Unable to explain why it happens and the issue is most likely on the sons of sins team.

If you have the Shape-Shifting tool with the Urn and Ether Ashes inside it, its supposed to shapeshift and effectively mine any block with rapid speed. However, what ends up happening is the tool shape shifts, but does not effectively mine any block. Removing inventorio fixes this problem entirely. My guess is that it has to do with inventorios auto switching and the shapeshifting tools as well.
