I haven't been able to consistently recreate the issue but while playing i've noticed multiple times that one of my tools from my tool slots has ended up as a duplicate inside my backpack. I don't know what is causing this but i couldn't find anyone else mentioning the problem so i thought i should and maybe some other people know the cause better.
