I just updated inventory profiles version from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 and when I would control click to quick move everything, it would leave items in the top right 4-5 slots of the inventory but take the rest and move them. I also have mouse wheelie and it wouldn't let me scroll to move the items in the same inventory slots as well. I went back to version 1.4.0 and the problem went away. I can't reproduce this.
but you have mousewheelie which is known to cause problems with some IPN hotkeys

Ok, maybe I will mess around with disabling some of the mods, starting with mousewheelie and see if any of them are conflicting. I figured I would post this in case anyone else had an issue. For now the previous version works just fine for me.

You can also try to change Ctrl to something else and see if it works that way
