Mod not creating profiles file

I'm not entirely sure why this is happening, but IPN isn't creating a profiles file. Clicking open profiles config does nothing, and the folder for the server has only the locked slots file. I'm using MultiMC, 1.19, Fabric , IPN 1.6.4. Here's my mod list:
Because of this, I can't edit or use profiles.
Any help is appreciated, even if it's just me being dumb and forgetting something.
the files is there just to open. doesn't work
check out config/inventoryprofilesnext/serverNameOrIp
The folder is empty except for lockedSlots.txt
It's also not there in any other servers, including single player worlds.
did you follow the guide?

I'll assume the lack of response to mean NO and after fallowing the guide everything works as expected.
If there is no response in few days I'll close the issue.
