[Bug] [1.16.5 & 1.18.1] Sorting in various Immersive Engineering guis might delete items

Immersive Engineering version: 1.16.5-5.0.7-143
Inventory Sorter version: 1.16.1-18.1.0
Two separate instanses:
- Sorting the hotbar with the engineers toolbox in it --> All items lost
- Sorting the toolbox when the "anything" slots are full and the "wiring" "food" or "tools" slot is storing something --> the wiring, food and/or tools are sorted to "anything" and remove things in the process or viceversa
To reproduce:

Click sort while howering over toolbox gui:
Wires are gone.
I haven't tested other things, but inventory tweaks renewed had problems with the assembler, might want to check out if that has any problems.
Also this bug seems to exists in 1.18.1 versions as well. (IS:19.0.0, IE:7.0.1-144)
